This case involves a motorcycle accident in Waterford Connecticut.  This fatal accident occurred on Route 32 in Waterford, CT.  Moments before the crash, the operator of a car exited a parking lot through the “entrance only” lane onto Route 32.  Our client was driving his motorcycle on Rt. 32.  As a result, the car collided with our client’s husband who was operating his motorcycle.  He was unfortunately killed in this motorcycle vs car accident.

This case was settled prior to trial.  The settlement included a structured settlement created for the benefit of our client’s children.

This case was known as Willax v. Administratrix v. Rose.
