Dog attacks the mailman in Groton, Connecticut
In this case our client was the mailman. He was delivering mail in Groton, Connecticut as he had done for several years when a dog attacked him. The dog bit him in the left ankle and thigh. His ankle required stitches and became infected. He developed permanent nerve damage and suffered severe and continuing daily pain which caused him to lose time from work. Also, he was unable to carry on many of his activities.
