We are a family law firm who cares deeply about the Southeastern Connecticut community.  Our office focuses is on representing our clients, and solving their problems.  Many times these problems involve the Courts.  We handle lawsuits of all kinds including medical malpractice, personal injury, family law, employment law, criminal law, and business lawsuits.  

We have two lawyers at our office.  They are Peter Bartinik, Jr. Esq., and Lori Bartinik Esq

Our office is in Groton, Connecticut at 100 Fort Hill Road, Ste. 2, Groton, Connecticut 06340.  The phone is 860-445-8521. 

We handle cases all over Connecticut.  We also handle cases in Rhode Island.  Peter Bartinik, Jr., Esq. is admitted there.  

We handle cases in all Court including Connecticut State Courts, and also Federal Courts.

How to become our client

The best way to become our client is to call us on the telephone.  We will likely talk briefly with you about your case to determine if it is one that warrants further discussion.  We will answer all of your questions about The Bartinik Law Firm LLC.  Then we will set up a meeting.  Before we can represent you, or give you legal advice we must form an attorney-client relationship with you.  That means you meet us, and we meet you, and then both of us agree that we are a good fit and that we both want to form an attorney-client relationship.  

If we accept you as a client we will discuss the terms of our fee agreement with you in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.  Then after you formally retain our office we will get started.
