The plaintiff incurrs medical bills.  The plaintiff’s car is damaged.  The plaintiff has some lingering discomfort, but no permanent injury the neck.  The treatment ended.

The plaintiff went to our office because the insurance company Allstate offered the plaintiff less than his medical bills, and property damage even though it was obviously the defendant’s fault.

Unfortunately, the plaintiff was forced to file a lawsuit.

The defendant was covered by Allstate insurance with a minimum $20,000.00 liability policy.

The case settled for the full amount of the defendant’s insurance policy.
