Our client was operating his motorcycle on I-95 in East Lyme. He was struck by another motorcyclist who lost control of his motorcycle. Our client suffered a severe shoulder injury which required surgery and physical therapy. He has been unable to perform all of the activities he was able to perform prior to the accident.

This was was known as Tolley v. Shannon.

This case settled for the policy limits of the person at fault’s insurance coverage.
